Tony Reichenberger, an employee of Park, 2°d Addition <br /> Ehlers, noted other restaurant opportunities in this area. Review EAW <br /> (PF3338) <br /> Maschka moved, Klausing seconded, to approve the change in the <br /> Master Site Plan for Lot 3, Block 1, Centre Pointe Business Park <br /> from restaurant to office and the General Concept Plan for Solutia <br /> Consulting regarding the proposed construction of a 2 1,240 square <br /> foot, two-story office structure, which increases the allowable <br /> building size by 15,240 feet from 6,000 square feet to total of 21, <br /> 240 square feet, subject to the conditions listed in Section 41 (A <br /> through F) of the project report dated 1 0/22/0 1 and eliminating all <br /> references to a restaurant use, associated terms and conditions, and <br /> stipulating terms and conditions under which the Solutia Consulting <br /> office structure must be developed consistent with the proposed site <br /> plan, structure design plan and other supporting plan set documents. <br />
