EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of September, <br /> 2011 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus, Pust, McGehee, Johnson and Roe <br /> The following members were absent: none. <br /> Council Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 10934 <br /> A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF HIGHCREST ROAD AND TERMINAL <br /> ROAD <br /> WHEREAS,the Roseville City Council has determined on its own motion to vacate those <br /> portions of Highcrest Road and Terminal Road legally described as follows: <br /> PART "A"—A strip of land Fifty-five (55) feet in width lying parallel and adjacent to <br /> and East of the West line of the Southwest Quarter (SW 'A) of Section Eight (8), <br /> Township Twenty-Nine North (T29N), Range Twenty-Three West (R23W), and <br /> beginning at a line which is Thirty (30) feet South and parallel to the North line of <br /> said Southwest Quarter (SW 3/4) of Section Eight (8), extending South to a line which <br /> is Seventy (70) feet Westerly and parallel to the Westerly right-of-way of The <br /> Minnesota Transfer Railway Company; and, <br /> PART `B" — A strip of land Sixty (60) feet in width, lying Thirty (30) feet of such <br /> width on each side of the East to West Quarter line of Section Eight (8), Township <br /> Twenty-Nine North (T29N), Range Twenty-Three West (R23W), and beginning at <br /> the West line of said Section Eight (8), extending East to a line which is Seven <br /> Hundred (700) feet East and parallel to the West line of said Section Eight (8), <br /> Township Twenty-Nine North (T29N), Range Twenty-Three West(R23W), <br /> Excepting so much of said Part `B", above described, which lies within Eight and <br /> Five-Tenths (8.5) feet on each side of a line which is Three Hundred Seventy-Seven <br /> and Five-Tenths (377.5) feet East and parallel to the West line of Section Eight (8), <br /> Township Twenty-Nine North(T29N), Range Twenty Three West(R23W). <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Roseville acquired its interest in said roads pursuant to a Deed <br /> which was filed in the office of the Ramsey County Recorder as Document No. 1588417; and <br />
