The <br /> Twin Lakes Business Park is proposed to be located south of Langton Lake Park and Oasis Park, <br /> west of Snelling Avenue, north of County Road C, and east of 1-35W and the Centre Point <br /> Business Park. The proposed project area is 275 acres. The project proposes the redevelopment <br /> of 46 parcels on 170.27 acres, dispersed within the 275 acre area, over 20-years or more, and <br /> may include up to three million square feet of new and/or renovated'building area in multi-story <br /> offices,'high-tech flex space, showroom/warehouse space, multi-family housing and a service <br /> mix of supporting uses. A new road serving the proposed project, Twin Lakes Parkway;krill be. <br /> constructed by the.city of Roseville beginning in 2001 and completed in 2003. <br /> The Council staff review has concluded that the Final AUAR is complete and adequately and <br /> accurately addresses regional policies, plans, and concerns. <br /> This will conclude the Council's review of the Final AUAR. The Council will take no formal <br /> action on the Final AUAR.
