The proposed addition will not extend beyond <br /> the established building setback of 27.5 feet from the southern <br /> edge of the South Mc arrons Boulevard right-of-way. <br /> 4 The substandard size of the parcel creates a physical hardship for <br /> the applicant. The applicant's need for an accessible bedroom and <br /> bathroom on the main floor creates a practical difficulty. <br /> 5) The proposed variance is in harmony with the general purpose and <br /> intent of the citys Comprehensive Plan and Title 10 of the City <br /> Code (Zoning).
