<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JUNE 24, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br /> <br />the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on <br />Monday, the 24th day of June, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmembers Kehr, Johnson and Curley; and the following were <br />absent: Councilmember Franke. <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7761 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. W-85-13 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF O~mERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all owners <br />of real property on West Snelling Frontage Road from Oakcrest <br />Avenue north to Snelling Avenue in the City of Roseville <br /> <br />requesting that the Council install watermain and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances at said location and requesting that the entire <br />cost of said improvement be assessed against their property, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted May <br />13, 1985, a report has been prepared by the City Public Works <br /> <br />Director with reference to the improvement, and this report was <br /> <br />received by the Council on June 24, 1985. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, 'Minnesota, as follows: <br />
