<br />1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all <br />property affected by said requested improvements in accordance <br />with Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.031 (3). <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as <br />proposed in the report of the City Public Works Director. <br /> <br />3. The City Public Works Director is hereby designated as <br />the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Kehr and upon roll call vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All pre- <br /> <br />sent; and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon <br /> <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
