<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: June 24, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 24th <br />day of June, 1985, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Johnson, Demos, Curley, and Kehr. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br />Franke. <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 7762 <br />RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />THE CITY'S HOUSING PLAN AND CALLING A <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VICTORIA PLACE PROJECT <br />AND THE HILLSIDE ESTATES PROJECT <br /> <br />Whereas, the City Council deems it necessary and expedient <br />that the city of Roseville, Minnesota, hold a public hearing on <br />the adoption of the City's housing plan and the proposals to <br />finance the Victoria Place project and the Hillside Estates <br />project within the CitYi <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />city of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Public hearings will be held at the times and places <br />set forth in the Notices of Hearing attached hereto to consider <br />the proposed housing plan for the City and the proposals for <br />the Victoria Place and the Hillside Estate projects. <br />
