<br />2. The notices of said public hearings shall be in <br />substantially the form contained in the notices attached <br />hereto. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />cause notices of said hearings to be given in accordance with <br />Minnesota statutes, Chapter 462C in the official newspaper. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by member Kp.nr and upon a vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
