A- <br /> August T 1998 <br /> TO: City Council <br /> FROM: Steve sarkozy <br /> SUBJECT: <br /> Mr. Harold Bartel, of 683 Shryer(near bale), will be at our August 10 City Council meeting <br /> to present a petition during the Communications and Public Comments portion of our <br /> agenda. <br /> Mr. Bartel and certain of his neighbors object to the planned 8 foot pride bituminous <br /> pathway proposed along Dale Street. This project is part of a Federal I TEA Grant and <br /> is targeted for construction in the year coo. The pathway is is to be on one side <br /> of Dale Street (as yet undetermined which side) from Owasso Boulevard to Larpenteu r. <br /> Any petitions submitted will be referred to the Public Works and Parks and Recreation <br /> Departments for review in the project planning process. <br /> Fespeotfully submitted* <br />
