<br /> B. APPROVAL of MINUTE
<br /> -l Mastel moved'. Maschka seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of MINUTES
<br /> July 13, 1998, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke,
<br /> wi ski, and Nall. Nays: None.
<br /> C. CONSENT AGENDA
<br /> Maschka moved'. Mastel seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-I CONSENT
<br /> through C-8, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, wiski, AGENDA
<br /> and wall. Nays: None.
<br /> C-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9564* setting the date for a RESOLUTION
<br /> public hearing on Monday, August 24, 199 8, for the issuance and sale of 9564
<br /> Housing Refunding Revenue Bonds (RosePointe I Project), be adopted. loll
<br /> Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, wiski, and wall. Nays: None.
<br /> C-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the side yard setback variance granted GOOD
<br /> in 1995, to allow the extension of the northern residential wing of the facility SAMARITAN
<br /> 18 feet to the cast toward Albert Street for Roseville Good Samaritan Center, CENTER
<br /> 1415 County Road B west, and reaffirmed in January, 1 998, be reaffirmed as
<br /> originally approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, wiski, and
<br /> Wall. Nays: None.
<br /> C-3 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 95655 declaring costs for RESOLUTION
<br /> projects to be assessed in 1998 and ordering preparation of assessment rolls 9565
<br /> for various projects, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke,
<br /> wiski, and wall. Nays: None.
<br /> C-4 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Church of St. Rose of Lima's ST,, ROSE OF
<br /> request to conduct lawful gambling activities on September 20, 1998 at 2072 LIMA
<br /> Harnline Avenue, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke,
<br /> wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br /> C-5 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Roseville Good Samaritan Center's GOOD
<br /> request to conduct lawful gambling activities on September 28, 1998 at 1415 SAMARITAN
<br /> W. County Road B, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Cioedeke, CENTER
<br /> wlskla and Wall. Nays: None.
