Motion failed for lack of a second. PAR Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the new park land on Chatsworth Street be named Pioneer Parr pith an interpretive component to be named for Herman Zuettel as the park plans deveiop. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, and wall. Nays: Maschka and Martel. Council moved to Item G. 1 NITION at this time and moved AGENDA Items F-2 through F-4 to follow J. ORDINANCES L AND CHANGE RESOLUTIONS. HEARINGS H-1 Goedeke moved., Wiski seconded, that RT Minneapolis Franchise LLC (Ruby RUBY Tuesday) Application for On Sale and Special Sunday. Liquor Licenses at 145 TUESDAY Rosedale Center be approved, with the condition that all required application items be submitted before the licenses may be issued. The license will expire December 31, 1998. Doll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall. Nays., None. H-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Carol Moss' request for a minor CAROL MOSS subdivision, to allow the subdivision of a 26,134 square foot (0.6 acre) residential parcel into two 13,067 square foot (0.3 acre) residential parcels at 2207 County road B West, be approved. Doll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, oedeke, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None. I. LAND USE I-1 Mastel moved that a resolution approving Michael Heffernan"s request for MICHAEL HAEL variance to allow the construction of a second accessory building and a HEFFERNAN variance to increase the lot coverage to 76.5% of the required rear yard for the purpose of constructing a 28' x 36' detached garage at 2042-2044 Dale Street North be adopted. Motion failed for lack of a second. Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that a variance be granted to Michael Heffernan permitting two detached garages, establishing a rear yard of 7,024 feet,the two garages to be measured as follows: the existing garage 748 square feet and the proposed garage at 1,008 square feet. That the building as proposed would have 10 foot high walls, and there would be no exterior lot storage, and that a hardship exists in the narrowness of the lot to support the duplex operation. loll Call, Ayes: Mastel and Wiski. bays: Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall.
