3.0 Resolution I osin Fees to Roseville Special service District#1 <br /> 3.1 Attached is a resolution that will impose the service charges to Roseville Special <br /> Service District #1 with annual payments of$30,285 for gears payable 1999- <br /> 2008. <br /> 3.2 Adoption of the resolution will need to he contingent upon receiving a fetter from <br /> Bradley Real Estate stating that they will waive their right to petition the charges <br /> imposed on the District which encompasses the Roseville Shopping Center. <br /> That fetter was not received by staff prior to print but it is expected to be in the <br /> office prior to the Monday Council meeting. <br /> 4.0 Public Bid Process <br /> 4.1 Bids for the work have been advertised and were opened on July 22, 1 998 at <br /> :00 p.m. at City Full. <br /> 4.2 The projects are split by subcontract expertise as follows: <br /> Earthwork <br /> - Paving <br /> - Concrete <br /> - Electrical <br /> 4.3 A total of seven bids were received and are summarized as follows: <br /> Earthwork: <br /> Don zappa and Boas $47,619 <br /> Max teininger Inc.(nonconforming W , no bond) $4x1,831 <br /> Paving: <br /> Black Top Paving of Minnesota $54,094.70 <br /> Concrete: <br /> s ca ndy Concrete Inc. $90,300 <br /> Summit Inc. Concrete $82,670 <br /> Peck Construction (nor~ conforming --no fond) $86,000 <br /> Electrical: <br /> No bids <br /> Special Service District#1 (07/27/98) - Page 2 of 3 <br />
