2.0 Work se sion Review <br /> Bill Byers} Staff Economist at the Metropolitan Council, was present at the July <br /> 20 work session to answer questions the Council had. The Council agreed to <br /> proceed with final consideration/approval to he addressed at the July 27th <br /> regular Council meeting.
