3.o LqgLngton and <br /> 3.1 Possible Development Options for Southwest Corner— Staff has prepared a listing <br /> of possible land use plans for the Lexington and B site currently containing a <br /> neighborhood park and vacant business property. A review of the existing zoning and <br /> comprehensive plea shows that a number of uses are possible. A chart illustrating <br /> these uses is attached as a starting point for further discussion/direction. <br /> 4.0 CouncH Direr ors Requested <br /> 4.1 Hamline\B — staff is requesting council direction regarding proceeding with an F FP <br /> on the redevelopment of Harnline and B and, if desired, provide staff with particular <br /> elements to include in the RFP to help development companies provide a proposal <br /> that meets the cities goals. <br /> 4.2 Le ingtonlB — Staff seeks discussion and direction regarding the approach the <br /> Council wishes to use to resolve the land uses and begin the neighborhood land use <br /> study that is part of the cornerstone Program.
