The data will include all funded activities that are affected by development. <br /> The data will also include capital costs, as well as operating and maintenance expenses and revenues. <br /> This data-gathering wi <br /> g g ll collect information on ether factors as well infrastructure maintenance not <br /> bein g undertaken in the central cities,for example. The communities are not being asked to calculate <br /> future demands---the Fiscal impact model will do this. Case study communities will be asked to con fig <br /> that the level of service paper describes reasonable assumptions about the cost and revenue system and <br /> that the data are accurate. <br /> Conduct nonfiscal impact an sis. Based on interviews and level of service paper, the <br /> fiscal impact model is developed and analyzed. A fiscal impact analysis will be generated for each case <br /> 1� <br /> communi . The fiscal impact report will discuss the reasons for the annualized expenditures as <br /> study p <br /> well as revenues to the communities by type of service and by type of land use. The results will also be communicated to local governments through <br /> -the Council's Sector Representative program. In addition, staff will use the information when working- <br /> .with local governments in reviewing their comprehensive plans. <br />
