EXHIBIT A CITY OF RILLE 2660 CIVIC CENTER]DRIVE ROSE ILLE, MINNESOTA 55113 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OIL THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTIONS 469.152 - 469.16,E NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota(the "City"), will meet on August 10, 1998, at 6:30 o'clock P.M. at the City Fall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in Roseville, Minnesota, for the purpose of cond'ucting a public hearing on a proposal that the City of Minneapolis, Minnesota("Minneapolis") issue revenue bonds the 'Revenue Bonds")on behalf of Children's Health Care, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation doing business as Children's Hospitals and Clinics("Children's"). in one or more series under Minnesota Statutes,, Sections 469.152 through 469.165, in order to finance the acquisition and installation by Children's of certain items of equipment in the facilities of Children's located at 2910 Centre Point Dive in the City. Children"s leases the facilities in which the equipment financed with the proceeds of the Revenue Bonds will be installed and Children's will be the owner of such equipment. The maximum aggregate principal amount of the Revenue Bonds that will be issued to finance the project will not exceed $10,500,000. The Revenue Bonds will not he issued by the City and no holder of the Revenue Bonds will ever have the right to compel an exercise of the taxing power of the City to pay the principal or interest on the Revenue Bonds or to enforce payment against any property of the City. All persons interested may appear and he heard at the time and place set forth above, or may file written comments with the City Clerk prior to the date of the hearing set forth above.
