EXHIBIT A <br /> CITY OF RILLE <br /> 2660 CIVIC CENTER]DRIVE <br /> ROSE ILLE, MINNESOTA 55113 <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OIL <br /> THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS <br /> UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, <br /> SECTIONS 469.152 - 469.16,E <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota(the "City"), will meet on August 10, 1998, at 6:30 o'clock P.M. at the City <br /> Fall, <br /> 2660 Civic Center Drive, in Roseville, Minnesota, for the purpose of cond'ucting a public hearing <br /> on a proposal that the City of Minneapolis, Minnesota("Minneapolis") issue revenue bonds the <br /> 'Revenue Bonds")on behalf of Children's Health Care, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation doing <br /> business as Children's Hospitals and Clinics("Children's"). in one or more series under <br /> Minnesota Statutes,, Sections 469.152 through 469.165, in order to finance the acquisition and <br /> installation by Children's of certain items of equipment in the facilities of Children's located at <br /> 2910 Centre Point Dive in the City. Children"s leases the facilities in which the equipment <br /> financed with the proceeds of the Revenue Bonds will be installed and Children's will be the <br /> owner of such equipment. The maximum aggregate principal amount of the Revenue Bonds that <br /> will be issued to finance the project will not exceed $10,500,000. The Revenue Bonds will not <br /> he issued by the City and no holder of the Revenue Bonds will ever have the right to compel an <br /> exercise of the taxing power of the City to pay the principal or interest on the Revenue Bonds or <br /> to enforce payment against any property of the City. <br /> All persons interested may appear and he heard at the time and place set forth <br /> above, or may file written comments with the City Clerk prior to the date of the hearing set forth <br /> above. <br /> Dated: July 13, 1998 <br /> BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> STEVE SARKOZY <br /> City Manager <br />
