July 1 , 1998 <br /> T : City Council <br /> R <br /> FROM: Steve Sarkozy <br /> SUBJECT: NTE FINDINGS FOR DENIAL of CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> The above matter was mistakenly omitted from the agenda for the Monday, July 13, <br /> Council meeting. At the beginning of our meeting, we will ask the council to add this <br /> item to the agenda. <br /> At the last meeting, the City Council did extend the time frame for formal action until <br /> September 8, 1998, thereby providing additional time for review if needed. This item has <br /> been referred to this meeting; therefore, the Council should take some action either to <br /> approve the Finds for Denial or continuing further discussion to a date specific. <br /> Staff regrets the omission from the agenda. Interested parties will be contacted to apprise <br /> them of the late addition to the agenda. <br /> Respectfully submitted. <br /> Attachment <br />
