<br /> K-2 Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, that an amendment to the Housing DEMOLITION
<br /> Replacement Program that provides for a low interest loan up to a maximum of FINANCING
<br /> 10,000 for Roseville residents be approved, with the provisions that the
<br /> applicant must prove a financial need for the funds, their permanent mortgage
<br /> must service the loan for the City, repayment in full is required if the hone is
<br /> sold or becomes non-homestead, and the applicant must enter into an agreement
<br /> with the City to comply with the housing design and site criteria outlined in
<br /> the Housing Replacement and/or Housing remodeling Programs. Funding for
<br /> the loan would come from the Housing Fund and payments on the loans would
<br /> go back to the Housing Fund. roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, wiski, Mastel,

<br /> on a loan for the demolition of the hone at 992 Burke under the Housing
<br /> Replacement and/or Housing Remodeling Programs, and work with the City
<br /> Attorney to prepare the necessary contracts to ensure compliance with the
<br /> programs.rams. Roll Call,Ayes: Goedeke, wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and wall.

<br /> K-3- Mastel moved, Maschka seconded,that the demolition of 2668 Lexington 2668 LE IN T
<br /> Avenue by Devitt Excavating, for a total cost of$7,600,to be funded from

<br /> K-4 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded,that the Mayor and City//Manager be ST. PAUL WATER
<br /> authorized to enter into an agreement with the St. Paul.water Utility to WORKS
<br /> purchase an additional 1 3.5 3 acres of land for park poses,using the PROPERTY
<br /> $ 50,000 payment from Ramsey County to Pay for the puree. Doll Call,

<br /> be authorized to enter into an agreement with Bonestroo,Anderlik and ALEXANDER
<br /> Rosene in an amount not to exceed $12,300, for the development of plans and NATURE CEN'T'ER
<br /> specifications for the installation of an elevator and new deck at the Harriet
<br /> Alexander Mature Center and advertise for bids, with monies for the project
<br /> to be taken from the Parks and Recreation Infrastructure Bond Fund. Roll Call,

<br /> K-6 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded,that the Parks and Recreation Department ELEC'T'RIC ICE
<br /> be authorized to advertise for bids for an electric lee resurfacer and an electric RE SURFACER
