EXTRACT of MINUTES of MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RO EVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the city Hall on <br /> Monday, the 22nd day of,dune, 1998, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following were absent: . <br /> Council Member Introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No, <br /> GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR AN AUTO SERVICE INSTALLATION/ACCESSORY FACILITY <br /> AT 2561 SNELLING AVENUE NORTH <br /> WHEREAS, National Tire and Battery has requested a conditional use permit to <br /> construct and P erate a retail auto accessory sales and service facility at 2561 Snelling <br /> Avenue North, owned by the Knights of Columbus, and legally described as: <br /> East 395 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, <br /> Townshi p 29, Range a 23, Ramsey county, Minnesota, except the North 767 feet and <br /> except the South 335 feet thereof (subject to State Trunk Hwy 1, according to the <br /> US Govt survey thereof, Ramsey County, MN) [PIN 092923110073]. <br /> WHEREAS, section 1005.4(c) of the City Code Identifies Ees auto service facilities as <br /> a conditional use in a B-2 zoning district; and <br /> WHEREAS the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the <br /> nest on Wednesday, June 10, 1 998, and recommended approval of the requested <br /> red y <br /> conditional use permit subject to conditions; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation on June 22, 1998; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville city Council made the following findings: <br /> The ro osed auto accessory and service facility will have an impact on traffic in <br /> p p <br /> the area. Turning movements on to and off of Snelling'Avenue will increase by <br /> nearly 250 movements per day.
