from adjacent residential structures. <br /> In addition, the applicant for this permit must have written approval of affected adjacent <br /> neighbors and shall not reduce the required side aril setback by more than 70% or <br /> core closer than three (3) feat to a property litre. Front and rear yard setbacks shall <br /> not be reduced by more than 20% or come closer than twenty-four (24) feet to the front <br /> or rear property line. Driveways could be placed up to the property line if requirements <br /> are met. Provided all of the above setback requirements are met, the staff may issue <br /> an administrative permit ("single family/two-family setback permit"). Appeals of an <br /> administrative decision could be made to the City council as a normal variance.
