ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br /> THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL KNOWN AS THE <br /> ARONA SITE FROM "B-1" LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT TO "PUD" <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH AN UNDERLYING ZONE OF <br /> "R-3" GENERAL RESIDENCE DISTRICT ('F #3243) <br /> The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 10 15 (Zoning <br /> Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br /> of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF3243, the <br /> following property, generally located at 2800 Arona Street, City of Roseville, is hereby <br /> rezoned from B-1, Limited Business District, to PUD, Planned Unit Development, with <br /> an underlying zone of R-3, General Residence District: <br /> The property located at 2800 Arona Street, is legally described as: <br /> Generally, all that property lying within the NW114 of the S W114 of Section 3, <br /> T29, R32N, except the west 651.6 feet and the south 907.5 feet, subject to <br /> easements, and also described as PIN 032923320022. <br /> Section 2. Planned Unit Development #. The Planned Unit Development <br /> standards and conditions of approval adopted for this property shall be in addition to all <br /> other applicable zoning requirements. <br /> Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br /> take effect upon: <br /> 1 The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br /> 2. The execution of a Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City and <br /> selected developer. <br /> 3. The recording of the PUD document with Ramsey County. <br /> Passed this day of , 2002. <br />
