EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota., was held on the 25th day of March 2002, at 5:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ROBERT LICHTSCHEIDL, 2550 WESTERN AVENUE ALLOWING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 19008 SQUARE FOOT ACCESSORY BUILDING (PF3374) WHEREAS, Robert Lichtscheidl, has requested a conditional use permit to construct a 24-foot by 42-foot (1,008 square feet) accessory structure; and WHEREAS, the Lichtscheidl property is located at 2550 Western Avenue, legally described as: All that part of the Northwest '/4 of the Northeast % of Section 12, Township 29, Range 23, described as follows.- Beginning at a point on West line of Northwest % of the Northeast '/e of Section 12, Township 29, Range 23, distant 319.2 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Northwest %4 of the Northeast '/4 , thence East and parallel to South line of said Northwest '/4 of Northeast '/4 a distance of 409.39 feet to a point, thence North a distance of 372.4 feet to a point, thence West and parallel to the South line of said Northwest '/4 of the Northeast '/a a distance which is 409.22 feet to the West line of said Northwest `/4 of the Northeast '/4, thence South to place of beginning, except that part of the Northwest '/4 of the Northeast '/ of Section 12, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, described as follows.- Beginning at a point on the West line of the Northwest '/ of the Northeast '/4 of Section 12, Township 29, Range 23 (hereinafterfor brevity referred to as "said west line ') distant 419.2 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Northwest %4 of the Northeast '/e, thence East and parallel to the South line of said Northwest %4 of the Northeast '/o, a distance of 409.34 feet to a point, thence North a distance of 100 feet to a point distant 409.30 feet East of said West line measured along a line drawn parallel to the South line of said Northwest '/4 of the Northeast '/4, thence West along said last mentioned parallel line a distance of 409.30 feet to said West line, thence South along said West line a distance of 100 feet to the point of beginning, subject to part taken for Western Avenue (PID 4 122923120016).
