Street parking and alleys? <br /> * No on-street parking but alleys may he ok depending upon design. <br /> * Flexibility is needed to make the project work. <br /> * We should focus on the principles first, then concepts, and finally, be concerned <br /> about specific design details later. <br /> I 1.
