I <br /> BYLAWS <br /> OF <br /> ROSEVILLE CONVENTION AND VISITORS BUREAU <br /> This instrument constitutes the Bylaws of the Roseville Convention and Visitors Bureau, <br /> adopted for the purpose of regulating and managing the internal affairs of the Corporation-4 <br /> ARTICLE I <br /> POSES <br /> The purposes of the Roseville Convention and Visitors Bureau are to. <br /> Promote Roseville, Minnesota as a destination by attracting meetings, conventions, and <br /> tourism. <br /> Contribute to the identity and economic well being of the City of Roseville. <br /> Take a leadership role with community and business partners to provide an outstanding <br /> visitor experience. <br /> ARTICLE 11 <br /> BOARD of D ORS <br /> Section 2.1. The affairs of the Corporation shall be managed by a Board of Directors <br /> (hereinafter the "Board") which shall be comprised of five (5) voting directors. The original <br /> Board shall be appointed provided in the Articles of Incorporation. Successor members of <br /> pP as p <br /> the Board shall be appointed by the entity which appointed the directors whose terms are <br /> of <br /> expmg. <br /> Section 2,24 The ten= of the successor directors appointed p�m t to Article VM <br /> and of the Articles of Incorporation shall be four (4) years., beg ing on the second Friday <br /> of the applicable year and expiring four (4) years later on the second Thursday of January. <br />
