The term of the successor director appointed pursuant to Article V(3) of the Articles of <br /> Incorporation shall be one (1) year. <br /> Section 2.3. In the event that any appointment of a successor director is not made by <br /> the second Frida y pp of the applicable year, the director whose terra would otherwise then expire <br /> shall continue to serve as a director until his or her successor is appointed, but not beyond <br /> March 31 of the applicable year. <br /> Section .4. Directors shall have the following qualifications: <br /> (1) They shall be natural, adult persons, <br /> (2) The two directors appointed by the "hotel/motel industry" pursuant to Article <br /> (1) of the Articles of Incorporation shall be either an owner, officer or employee <br /> of a hotel/motel in the City of Roseville; <br /> (3) The ' for appointed by the Roseville City Council pursuant to Article 2) of <br /> the Articles of Incorporation shall be either an owner, officer, or employee of a <br /> business that is located in the City of Roseville. The terra shall not include a <br /> person who is a member of the hotel/motel industry in the City of Roseville-, <br /> (4) The director appointed by the Roseville City Council pursuant to Article V(3) of <br /> the Articles of Incorporation shall at all tunes he a current member of the City <br /> Council; and <br /> (5) 11e ex officio voting director designated in Article '(4) of the Articles of <br /> Incorporation shall be either the current City Manager of the City of Roseville, <br /> or if designated by the City Manager, an employee of the City of Roseville. <br /> 2 <br />
