Staff is <br /> recommending that a design for a monument sign be completed for each site that <br /> could incorporate the notification of the school, community gyms and the <br /> attached parks (Central Park School = central Park and Brimhall School <br /> Evergreen Park. <br /> 1. On Building Signage <br /> A. Description: <br /> The lettering indicating the Community Gyms and other areas of <br /> the school has been completed. <br /> B. Estimated Cost <br /> Part of original construction contract. <br /> 2. Site Monument Signage <br /> A. Description: <br /> This would be a small monument sign near the entrance to the <br /> school site. <br /> E. Estimated Cost <br /> $16,000 (for two signs) and landscaping. <br /> C. Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends the approval to work with the School District to <br /> finalize designs for signs at central Parr and 13rimhail Schools. <br /> ROSEVILLE SKATING CENTER <br /> The si na a needs at the Roseville Skating Center have been identified by the <br /> g g <br /> Parks and Recreation Commission, the parks and Recreation Infrastructure <br /> Committee and by staff as part of the department business plan. There is a need <br /> for a major monument sign along county Road c that will both identify the facility <br /> location and provide promotional information about activities at the center. <br /> 1.
