The <br /> property is looted in an R-'l Single Family Residential District and all adjacent land <br /> uses are single family residential. <br /> 2.2 The boulevard parking space on this property is listed on the inventory of boulevard <br /> parking spaces regularly in use, dated .dune 30, 1984. When ordinance 962 was <br /> adopted in September 1 g , existing boulevard spans on this inventory were <br /> allowed to continue until roadway improvements involved the disturbance of the <br /> boulevard or substantial improvements were made to the property.
