EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF CYTT COUNCIL <br /> OF CITY OF ROSEVIILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, May 26, 1 998, at 6:30 <br /> o'clock p.m. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> ouncilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND MAINTENANCE FOR UTILITY AND STREET CURB AND <br /> GUTTER TSCHDA OWA O F[ILLS 4TH ADDITION <br /> W]HEREAS, pursuant to City Code, Tschida Excavating, Inc., contracted to have the utilities and <br /> street curb and gutter constructed to serve the platted streets lying within Tschida Owasso Hills <br /> Addition; and <br /> 1EA2 Tschida Excavating, Inc. is requesting the City of Roseville accept ownership and <br /> maintenance responsibility of those utilities and street curb and gutter; <br /> Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> 1 O EVILLE, NW4NESOTA,that the work completed is hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED.,that the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for <br /> the final acceptance and accept a two-year warranty for any work covering the replacement or repair <br /> of defective items commencing on May 26, 1 998, and expiring on May 26, 2000. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same mG ww <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> STATE OF MEqNESOTA ) <br /> ) Ss <br /> COUNTY of 1 AM E ) <br /> I the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do <br /> hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a <br /> regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 26th day of May, 1 998, with the original <br /> thereof on file its my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript. <br /> Adopted by the Council this 26th day of May, 1 998. <br />
