The meeting notice was posted in City Hall, on <br /> the City's web page and on Cable Channel 16. The Pioneer Press, Roseville Review and Sun <br /> Focus News carried articles about the meeting. The following groups were invited to the <br /> meeting: School Districts 621 and 623,League of Minnesota.Cities, League of Women <br /> Voters, Common Cause, Ramsey County, and the Cities of Falcon Heights and New Brighton. <br /> About 40 people expressed interest in the meeting and 27 people attended the meeting. <br /> Prior to the meeting I mailed information to everyone who had expressed interest in the issue. <br /> The information included: <br /> 1.
