EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the i Council of the City <br /> of Roseville County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 7 h day of April, 1 998, <br /> at :30 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> , and , and the following were absent: . <br /> Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION <br /> Whereas, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City <br /> Council shall establish compensation; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a new compensation plan titled "Non- <br /> exempt Plan' he created and that the implementation of the plan he consistent with the <br /> former clericalfTechnical Plan. The Ikon-exempt Plan will consist of the following ranges <br /> for 1995: <br /> Non-exempt Level $10.49-$12.34 <br /> Classification: Custodian <br /> Non-exempt Level B $10.79-1 2.70 <br /> Classification: Receptionist <br /> Non-exempt Level C. $11.35-$13.35 <br /> Classifications: Customer Service Representative <br /> Office Assistant <br /> License Center Representative <br /> Golf course Mechanic <br /> Non-exempt Level D $12.28-$14.45 <br /> Classifications: Senior Office Assistant <br /> Police Records Technician <br />
