CLIENT expressly agrees that they shall not copy, reproduce or in any manner utilize any or all portion(s) of the videotapes, showtapes and/or performances whatsoever, without the express written permission of LASERTAINMENT PRODUCTIONS, INC. LASERTAINIVIENT NIVIENT PRODUCTIONS, INC. hereby gives CLIENT its express written permission to videotape the laser show as well as make and distribute copies for promotional purposes. THIS AGREEMENT is the whole AGREEMENT of the parties above named. No representation, inducement, or Agreement has been given by oi1e to the other to enter into this AGREEMENT other than expressly set forth herein. This AGREEMENT shall not be altered, modified or amended except in writing by a duly authorized officer of each party.
