IT Is muTUALLY AGREED BETWEEN THE ABOVE SAID PARTIES As FOLLOWS: '1. LASER s HOWMIS PLAY: Location(s): The laser light showldisplay will be located at the Roseville Oval, 2661 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota. Ames: LASERTAINMENT PRODUCTIONS, INC. will provide the laser light display on the following date(s)Airne(s): August 22, 1998. Show(s):: Full-color graphic and high-powered aerial laser light show display; graphics to be projected �.� T� �� onto a Sol x 50'inflatable screen; sound system to be supplied by LASERTAINMENT PRODUCTIONS, INC. 2, LASERTAINMENT PRODUCTIONSg INC. OBLIGATIONS. ' s: LASERTAINMENT PRODUCTIONS, INC. shall; transport, set up, test, operate and dismantle all laser equipment necessary for said laser display. for devices and safety: LASERTAINNIENT PRODU TIONS* INC. is required to and shall comply with all Center Radiological Health y safet ula#iions, as well as all federal' state* local and municipal radiological health safef in the operation of laser light shows. LASERTAINMENT PRODUCTIONS, INC. is also required to regulations controlling ■ ! - or all outdoor displays. and shall comply with all Federal Aviation Admininistration regulations f 3.
