STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> Based on the previous approval of the land lease at the Harriet Alexander Nature <br /> Center to construct the MWRC, staff recommends approval of the facility location <br /> adjustment and changing the legal description accordingly. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> Motion authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to sign the amended land lease <br /> agreement with the Minnesota Wildlife Rehabilitation Center as recommended <br /> above, after final approval of the lease amendments by the city attorney. <br />
