Williams Pipeline <br /> 2. Mervyn's <br /> Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, to accept a $1,000 <br /> donation from Williams Pipeline Company LLC and a <br /> $500 donation from Mervyn's. Roll Call, Ayes: <br /> Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn. <br /> Nays: none. <br /> III. Hearings <br /> A. Lake Owasso Water Ski Course and Water Ski Jump Lake Owasso <br /> 1. Public Hearing Water Ski Course <br /> Kysylyczyn opened the public hearing. Applicants Water Ski Jump <br /> were present. No members of the public asked to <br /> speak. <br /> Kough asked about use of the water ski jump and <br /> maintenance of the jump. Steve Gallop, resident, <br /> indicated he used the jump and the jump was rebuilt <br /> last summer. He noted the jump is not always usable <br /> if there are other boats on the lake creating a wake. <br /> Schroeder asked why the jump is located where it is. <br /> Kysylyczyn closed the public hearing. <br /> 2. Consider Renewing Permit <br /> Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, to recommend <br /> approval of the lake Owasso Safe Boating <br /> Association's request for a permit from the Ramsey <br /> County Sheriff to place a water ski course and water <br />
