He stated he <br /> would share these increased cost impacts with our Public <br /> Works Staff as the County's design effort proceeds. <br /> Kysylyczyn polled the Council about their preference <br /> among the three street sections within Soler's materials. <br /> Schroeder, Maschka, Kough and Kysylyczyn favored <br /> option 3. Klausing had no preference at this time. <br /> C. Roseville Estates Mobile Home Park (REMHP) — Roseville Estates <br /> update Mobile Home Park <br /> Welsch discussed the current status of the Planned Unit <br /> Development program at the REMHP. The agreement, <br /> though approved by the Council, has not been signed yet <br /> by the REMHP. He discussed the storage area, <br /> landscaping, the turtle crossing, the trash enclosure, and <br /> new sewer and water lines. <br /> Kough asked whether the owners were local. <br /> III. Public Comment <br /> A. Dick Kuetteland Cathy Ball, both residents of the <br /> Femwood Court Townhomes, spoke about what they <br /> view as code violations at REMHP: <br /> ■ Bituminous vs. Grass parking surfaces; and <br /> . Setbacks (25' from boundary, 50' from public <br /> street, 75' from ponding area). <br /> Welsch spoke about staging construction activities, the <br /> significance of planned unit developments, and about <br /> grandfathering of pre-existing uses. <br /> Kough asked about nuisance violations at REMHP. <br />
