The Council, at its February 23 meeting, established 4:30 p.m. March 19, 1998 as the <br /> deadline for receiving applications for a vacancy on the Human Rights Commission and <br /> another vacancy on the Parks and Recreation Commission. The following application was <br /> received for the Human Rights Commission.
