This page is included to Introduce myself and Schultz Is in Stitches 25th Holiday Boutique to the RosevIlle City, Council. My goal is to be granted the use of the proposed sighage to help direct customers to our November show at the Oval. Personal Information: I taught high school art for eight years. I am a watercolor painter, run a textile design studio, and organize and promote an annual art show of 150artists. The Schultz Boutique began in my home with the work of 13 artists. With 2000 customers, we moved to the Highland Park Golf Clubhouse for four years. We were pleased to work with the city of St. Paul. When we outgrew our space in Highland, we tried Bandana Square. The unpredictability of seasonal rental expedited the move to Como Park Lakeside Pavilion for six years. New management, with plans to expand the restaurant, prompted our re-locating to the Oval. We love this space, and current management , Kevin Elm and Bill Olean, have offered us ongoing contracts. Our isalle now represents 180 artists and experts over 5000 customers during nine days, November`2-1Q, 20D2. The Schultz is in Stitches 5th Holiday Boutique will be an extravaganza of clothing, jewelry, handwoven baskets and linens, sculpture, handblown and leaded glass, watercolors, handmade paper, pottery, and more. Live music and complimentary refreshments add a festive touch. Over $30,000 has been raised through seven raffled dollhouses to benefit Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity. This has been our way to say thank you to a supportive community.
