Reason for�Slgns <br /> Signs ire a vital aid in attracting clientele to make our sale financially viable for our <br /> artists while helping, to generate revenue for the city through,our rent and sales taxes. <br /> Last year we heard repeated comments about-how hard it was to find us and how we <br /> should, really have more signs (even though we include a good map on all <br /> promotional flyers.) Since we have operated for 23 years in St. Paul, and the Oval <br /> banquet facility is only a few years old, many potential customers are unaware of our <br /> new location. We know from informal polls taken at Como shows that new customers <br /> found us becauseof our signs. <br /> Timeline: November 1-11 <br /> . We would like to post the following signs for the short (g-day) duration of our show. <br /> Practically speaking, we need to hang, `signs a day before we;open". We have always <br /> taken them down during the-final hours of the sale. <br /> Description of Signs <br /> We have 4, 2'x4' plywood signs which say Schultz is in Stitches Holiday Boutique 1 <br /> John Rose MN Oval Nov 2-10 with arrows (Large). Alt other signs would be 201/2"x <br /> 221!2" and read Schultz Boutique Oval Nov 2-10 and arrow, or simply Boutique Oval <br /> Nov 2-10 and arrow. All are professionally painted on white backgrowndswith black <br /> and red lettering. <br /> Desired Location of Signs <br /> 1. Lexington,�and County Road C are always given as the coordinates for the Oval. <br /> Therefore, we would like to post one sign pointing west to be read by traffic <br /> heading north on Lexington. L <br /> 2. Lexington and Woodhill for drivers heading south <br /> 3. Double sided signs at entrance to Civic Cente . Drdve off Country Rd C,to be seen <br /> by, traffic heading east and west allow greate visibitity for the proper turn, L L <br /> 4. Sign in front parking lot of Oval, near east side-driveway, helps direct cars to rear, <br /> lot for convenience. L ` <br /> 5.
