Review of Regular Meeting Agenda Regular Meeting <br /> City Manager Beets advised Acting Mayor Kough Agenda Review <br /> that a representative of the consulting firm that had prepared the <br /> Natural Resources Management Plan was in the audience to <br /> address any questions regarding regular agenda, Item VIII., <br /> Consent Agenda, Item A. Council had no questions. <br /> II. Additional Staff Presentations <br /> A. Budget Work Session #1, Overview Budget Overview <br /> City Manager Beets introduced the purposes of this first <br /> Budget Work Session, and reviewed the 2003 budget <br /> process to-date. Mr. Beets encouraged Councilmembers, <br /> and members of the public, to be involved in the process. <br /> Mr. Beets advised that, subject to the Mayor's authority <br /> to establish agendas, additional Budget Work Sessions <br /> were tentatively scheduled as follows: <br /> o July 22 Budget Overview; <br /> o July 29 Administration Department; <br /> City Council and <br /> Commissions; <br /> o August 1 <br /> (Thursday) Public Safety Functions <br /> (Police and Fire); <br />
