He and his wife do not support City building a community center
July 2 — Doris lives in a condo in City. Community Center is an excellent idea. Looking
for a place for teens to have dances on Friday nights — for 14 to 18 year olds. Serve soft
drinks for the teens.
July 2 ,- Chuck Levine. Wants an indoor pool — like the one in Shoreview, would be
happy to see increase in taxes for a nice swimming pool.
July 12 — Roseville resident who did not leave her name — Definitely against a
community center.
July 16 — Barb. Will Community Center be tied in with the Police/Public Works
referendum? Locate it at the old Ralph Reader School. Will probably support but is
concerned about direction of current council.
