Ms. Johnson expressed <br /> that this was Roseville's Main Street, and needed to <br /> provide a good presentation of the City. <br /> Ms. Johnson also expressed her support of the Council <br /> including the Park and Recreation Commission's <br /> requested 2003 budget funding for maintenance at <br /> Central Park. Ms. Johnson expressed her opinion that <br /> residents were not supportive of reduction in services. <br /> Mayor Kysylyczyn advised of recent Council motion <br /> asking staff to bring back a more moderate option for <br /> Council consideration of the County Road C Streetscape. <br /> Councilmember Kough expressed his appreciation for <br /> Ms. Johnson's enthusiasm and comtnunity involvement. <br /> Ms. Johnson closed her comments by challenging <br /> Councilmembers to show as much creativity in providing <br /> services under budget constraints as previous Council's <br /> have done. <br /> D. Joseph Machyowsky, 2690 North Oxford Street <br /> Mr. Machyowsky commended Mayor Kysylyczyn and <br /> Councilmembers Kough and Schroeder on their moving <br /> Roseville forward. <br /> Mr. Machyowsky expressed his serious concerns <br /> regarding orderliness of the audience during meetings; <br /> alleging that his civil rights had been violated at a <br /> previous meeting by a member of the audience, who <br /> allegedly took issue with his display of signs referencing <br /> various Council comments and actions. Mr. <br /> Machyowsky requested that the City Council consider <br /> providing a Public Safety Officer during meetings to <br /> monitor meetings. <br /> Mayor Kysylyczyn asked City Attorney Jamnik to <br /> provide his comments and expertise as a former State <br /> Lobbyist as to amount of disruptive behavior allowed in <br /> that assembly.
