EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the C4 Council-of the <br /> City <br /> of Roseville, Count y of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on <br /> Monday, the 23rd day of March, 1998, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> The following members were present: Goedeke, I aschka, Mastel, Wall, and Wiski, <br /> and the following were absent: None <br /> Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. <br /> RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR <br /> FARRIN Told PROPE RTfE y INC, (DALE JOEL) <br /> REQUEST FOR REZONING AT <br /> 2485 FAIRVIEW A VENUE NORTH <br /> WHEREAS, Farrington Properties, Inc. (Dale Joel) has requested rezoning of a 1 .8 <br /> ac re parcel from 1-1 Light Industrial to B-3 General Business at 2485 Fairview Avenue <br /> Werth (PF2989); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this <br /> on March �1'1 1995, and made a recommendation regarding the request, and <br /> request a <br /> WHEREAS, City i Council action on this request was scheduled for March 23, 995; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has requested that City Council action on the request he <br /> 1�v �� <br /> deferred until April 27, 1998. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br /> Roseville, Minnesota (the " ity"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to <br /> of R <br /> Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Farrington <br /> Properties, � <br /> Inc. for rezoning of a +1.8 acre parcel from 1-1 Light Industrial to B-3 General <br /> B , <br /> usiness he extended for So days, from April 10, 98 to June 9 19 5. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> y <br /> Council Member and upon vote tieing taken thereon, the following voted ' favor: <br /> p <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Resolution - Page 1 of <br />
