EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the C4 Council-of the City of Roseville, Count y of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 23rd day of March, 1998, at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Goedeke, I aschka, Mastel, Wall, and Wiski, and the following were absent: None Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR FARRIN Told PROPE RTfE y INC, (DALE JOEL) REQUEST FOR REZONING AT 2485 FAIRVIEW A VENUE NORTH WHEREAS, Farrington Properties, Inc. (Dale Joel) has requested rezoning of a 1 .8 ac re parcel from 1-1 Light Industrial to B-3 General Business at 2485 Fairview Avenue Werth (PF2989); and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this on March �1'1 1995, and made a recommendation regarding the request, and request a WHEREAS, City i Council action on this request was scheduled for March 23, 995; and WHEREAS, the applicant has requested that City Council action on the request he 1�v �� deferred until April 27, 1998.
