Rezoning (I-1 to B-3) <br /> 2.0 BA ROUND <br /> 2.1 Farrington Properties, Inc. is requesting rezoning of a 1,8 acre parcel from 1-1 Light <br /> Industrial to B-3 General Business. A public hearing on this request was held by the <br /> Planning Commission on March 11, 1998, and was scheduled for City Council <br /> action on Larch 23, 1998. Since the Planning Commission meeting, the applicant <br /> has requested that the City Council defer consideration of the request until the April <br /> 7, 1998, City Council meeting.
