LANGTON LAKE MASTER PLAN PEITTION <br /> 14-Mar-98 <br /> We the following do petition the Roseville City Council to modify the <br /> Langton Lake Mash Plan for Langton Lake PafL Originally the land <br /> surrounding the north end of Langton Lake was Ramsey County Open Space <br /> that was swapped with Roseville for park land. Most of the houses on the <br /> north and east side were built before the land swap occurred. Then a Master <br /> Plan was developed for the finding proposal to acquire the Johanna Junior <br /> High property. This is a working plan for future park development. We are <br /> asking to have the mash plan modified as follows: <br /> • Remove the traff on the north and east ode of the northern part of <br /> Langton Lake (north of the Lydia viaduct).
