LANGTON LAKE MASTER PLAN PETTI'ION <br /> 14-Mar-98 <br /> We the following do petition the Roseville City Council to modify the <br /> Langton Lake Master Plan for Langton Lake Park. Originally the land <br /> surrounding the north end of Langton Lake was Ramses' County Open Space <br /> that was swapped with Roseville for park land. Most of the houses on the <br /> nth and east side were built before the land swap occurred. Then a Master <br /> Plan was developed for the fi proposal to acquire the Johanna Junior <br /> High property. This is a working plan for future park development. We are <br /> asking to have the master plan modified as follows: <br /> • Remove We trail on the north and east aide of the northern part of <br /> Langton Lake (north of the Lydia viaduct).
