City Code identifies "dry cleaning service facilities located within a building or mail <br /> with a minimum of ten thousand (1 0,000) square feet floor space as a permitted <br /> use in a B-4 zoning district. <br /> Although the rezoning is being proposed in order to accommodate a specific tenant, <br /> all uses allowed in a B-4 zoning district would be allowed on this parcel if the <br /> rezoning pp is approved.. Uses allowed as a conditional use in a 13-4 zoning district which are not <br /> allowed as a permitted or conditional use in a B-2 zoning district include: office <br /> y <br /> service buildings;in s; tires, batteries and automotive accessory stores; building, <br /> s � <br /> p �, <br /> lumbin electrical contractors headquarters; limited wholesale business; printing <br /> shops; and rental and leasing of small vehicles. <br /> There are also several uses which are allowed as a conditional use within a B- <br /> zoning district which are not allowed in a B-4 zoning district.
