Morton has agreed to begin services without compensation <br /> p Project. <br /> and would receive no compensation if the project does not receive final approval <br /> (see attached letter). <br /> POLICY OBJECTIVE <br /> The Construction ana g er contract is consistent with the polio of providing the <br /> best p ass i bl a services which would resuit in the highest quality project at the l owe st <br /> possible price. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPLICATION <br /> The cost for the Construction Manager services would be $167,000. There would <br /> be no cost if the project is not approved. They would also not charge for any <br /> pre-bidding services if the bids fail to meet their cost estimation. The funds <br /> for these services are included ¢In the budget for the Skating Center Expansion <br /> project. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> Based on the p <br /> oal of providing rya i m irn facility development at the lowest possible <br /> g <br /> costs a the staff recommends that the City of Roseville enter an agreement with R. <br /> A.
