C. A 10 member committee was established to recommend the specifics for <br /> the project. <br /> The committee made recommendations to the staff and consultants on the <br /> needs of the community and the various user groups. The Skating Center <br /> operating staff and Parrs and Recreation programming staff reviewed the <br /> plans throughout the process, <br /> d. BRA completed design alternatives and cost projections based on the <br /> architectural program <br /> e. city department heads reviewed the plans. <br /> f. User rou s reviewed the plans and were asked for their participation <br /> � p <br /> in the project. <br /> Goals <br /> The lannin committee was given the following goals in establishing the architectural <br /> p � <br /> program: <br /> 1. Fulfill the requirements established its the legislative grant <br /> proposal. <br /> Lessen as much as possible any impact on the neighborhood. <br /> 111, <br /> Improve the amenities and services of the Roseville Skating Center <br /> IV. Create spaces for non-skating recreational opportunities including <br /> activities that are enticing to families, Sr. Citizens and teens. <br /> V.
