The balance of the cost wi I I be taken from the Parrs and Recreation <br /> Infrastructure Bond. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> OMIMIENDATION <br /> Based on the recommendations of the Roseville Parks and Recreation Commission, the <br /> recommendation of the Infrastructure Committee and the recommendation of the Project <br /> Committee, staff recommends the plans and specifications for the expansion of the <br /> Roseville skating center be advertised for bid. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> Motion authorizin g the advertising for bids of the plans and specifications for the <br /> expansion of the Roseville Skating center. <br /> 4 <br />
