Member introduced the following resolution and member „�moved its adoption: ��m��duuunimrcmvovovovoviemuuuumwuyywrvvr��wd RESOLUTION FINAL ACCEPTANCE} 1996 CITY CONTRACT B W`HEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on April 22, 1996} Central Landscaping of Forest Lake, Nfinnesota has satisfactorily completed the 'Improvements associated with 1996 Contract B. street reconstruction in Neighborhoods 24 and 28. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RO E' ILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved, and BE IT FURTBER RESOLVED, That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final F �a ent of such contract, taking the cantractorps receipt in .
